I'm not fat by normal standards either. But I've struggled with my weight my entire life. For me, Fat Girl Friday is an opportunity to be empowered and liberate ourselves from normal conventions. I'm tired of air-brushed women and catering to an ideal that is completely unachievable. I'm ready to start accepting me for me. And this is my way. Hopefully it will work.
